HOA MEETING:

The HOA Board usually meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month (except August when there are no meetings) in the Sally K. Ride Elementary School teachers’ lounge (across the hall from the school cafeteria/assembly room.

For Thursday, April 17th, the Homeowners Association Board will meet at the
Germantown Library (19840 Century Blvd) in Medium Room B
The meeting will start at 630 pm.

ATTENTION: The May 15th HOA Board meeting will feature a visit from a Montgomery County Animal Services representative. Officer Angel Ricketts reached out to the board, and she wanted to offer her time to attend one of our HOA meetings and talk with community members who might have questions or concerns about animal related issues in the community; or general questions related to what services the Office of Animal Services provides.  Often residents aren’t aware of the laws enforced in the county related to animals, the services available to residents in need, and resources which could benefit them and their pets.

Feel free to come to the May meeting and engage with Officer Ricketts about any animal service related concerns.

ACC MEETING:

The Architectural Covenant Committee usually meets on the first Wednesday of the following months: January, April, July, October (unless otherwise indicated.)

The ACC will meet next on
Wednesday, July 2nd, 630 pm @ Sally K. Ride Elementary School

The meeting will take place in the Teachers’ Lounge, across the hall from the school cafeteria/assembly room.
