These are the official guidelines homeowners need to adhere to when changing anything on the exterior of the home.
Only replacements, i.e., changes that are identical to the original item do not need to be approved.
This is to assure the neighborhood remains attractive and the value of homes does not deteriorate.
ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE REQUESTS - Preferred Process via CINC
(This requires visiting your CINC account at https://chambers.cincwebaxis.com - information about registering for a CINC account can be found on the Cedar Valley HOA website Community Info page.)
Log in to your HOA account on CINC.
On the top task bar, hover over “Account Info.”
Scroll down and click on “ACC Requests.”
Click the blue “Add ACC Request” button.
Complete all required fields (indicated by red asterisks).
Check the two boxes at the bottom of the form.
Upload any necessary attachments by clicking the gray “Choose Files” button.
To upload multiple files: Hold down the Shift key, select all relevant files, then click Choose Files.

(This is no-longer the preferred way, which is doing it via CINC, described above.)
This form must be filled out and submitted before any work can start.
Note: neighbors' signatures are required. Important: their signature only indicates they were made aware of the intended change. Their signature does not imply agreement.
Submission by email is now possible and also preferred for speedier processing.
The Architectural Covenant Committee (ACC) is committed to a quick turn-around.
Please take care to fill out the forms correctly and provide the required details. This will help a smooth overall process.
